Aback Images Property: The Aback Images website design, logos, software source code, visual styles, icons, documentation, and user interfaces are the proprietary property of Aback Images and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use Aback Images for lawful personal, educational, and commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use Aback Images for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to compromise, overload, disrupt, or impair the website hosting infrastructure or network performance.

We do not warrant that the website will meet your specific operational requirements, that operations will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free, or that defects in complex image structures will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aback Images, its developers, affiliates, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any browser crashes, local device memory exhaustion, or hardware failures during processing;
• Any unauthorized access to your device resulting from user-side security vulnerabilities.

In any case, the total aggregate liability of Aback Images for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aback Images (which is $0.00, as the service is provided free of charge).

Aback Images may display non-intrusive advertisements or links to external third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, oversee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, products, or services of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party resources is done at your own risk.
